Carburetor overhaul
Bike would not start for the first time since buying new in 2006. Evan diagnosed that a carb overhaul was needed. Do you work on bikes in underground parking?
Often, yes. The parkade must allow repair work and have safe access, adequate lighting and ventilation, and enough room to work without blocking traffic, doors or fire routes. Please confirm building rules first.
How much space do you need around the motorcycle?
A clear, level work area about the size of one parking stall is usually enough for routine service. Move cars, storage items and loose belongings before the appointment, and make sure the motorcycle and keys are accessible.
Do I need to provide power, water or lighting?
Usually not. Common tools, work lights and service equipment are brought to the appointment. If a particular job needs access to power, water or another site requirement, that will be confirmed before the visit.
What should I send before the appointment?
Send the year, make, model, mileage, exact symptoms, warning lights and any recent repair history. A photo of the motorcycle and its parking area helps confirm access and makes it easier to bring the right tools and parts.
