How it works

Three clear steps

1

Confirm exactly what happens

Clicking, slow cranking and normal cranking without firing point to different systems. We begin with the actual symptom.

2

Test in a clear order

Battery, starting circuit, safety switches, spark and fuel delivery are checked before replacement parts are recommended.

3

Explain the repair path

You receive the findings, what can be repaired on-site and any parts or follow-up work that should be approved next.

When to book

Good fit when...

  • The starter clicks or turns the engine slowly
  • The engine cranks normally but will not fire
  • The motorcycle stopped starting after storage
  • A new battery did not solve the problem
  • You want the fault tested before ordering parts or arranging a tow

What you receive

Useful information for the next decision

  1. What was tested during the appointment
  2. The most likely failed system or confirmed fault
  3. Whether an on-site repair is practical
  4. Parts or follow-up work required before approval

Clear scope

What to know before booking

  • The first hour is diagnosis, not a promise that every fault can be repaired in one visit.
  • Intermittent faults may require follow-up testing or shop equipment.
  • Parts and additional repair labour are quoted separately before work continues.

Service FAQ

Real questions riders ask

Can you diagnose a motorcycle that cranks but will not start?

Yes. The first visit can include battery and voltage-drop testing, spark checks and fuel-delivery checks appropriate to the motorcycle.

Should I install a new battery before booking?

Not necessarily. Lights on the dash do not prove the battery can support the starter. Testing first can prevent an unnecessary battery purchase.

Can every no-start problem be repaired during the first hour?

No. The first hour is used to identify the fault and establish the repair path. Straightforward issues may be corrected, while parts or deeper testing are quoted separately.

Do you diagnose motorcycles that have been sitting for years?

Yes. Stored motorcycles often need battery, fuel-condition, carburetor or EFI checks. Send the storage history and a short starting video when possible.
