This page explains the practical limits and responsibilities that apply when using EZ Performance's website or mobile motorcycle services. It is general information and does not replace the written scope, estimate or authorization for a specific appointment.

They are not a diagnosis, repair instruction, safety certification, legal opinion or guarantee that a particular service is appropriate for every motorcycle. Information may be updated without notice.
Only work reasonably included in the agreed service scope will be performed. Additional faults, labour, parts or testing discovered during service may require a revised estimate and customer approval. A booking request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, completion time or on-site completion.
The customer must provide a lawful, reasonably level, dry, well-lit and safe work area with adequate access to the motorcycle. Keys, access instructions and required permissions must be available. Children, pets, traffic and unrelated persons must remain clear of the work area. Service may be delayed, limited or rescheduled because of weather, building rules, unsafe conditions or insufficient access.
Diagnostics reflect the symptoms and conditions present at the time of inspection. Intermittent faults may not appear during an appointment. Non-invasive checks cannot reveal every internal defect, previous repair, wiring issue, contamination, corrosion, seized fastener or concealed damage. Further disassembly, testing or specialist equipment may be required.
Unless expressly identified as a fixed quote, pricing is an estimate based on the information available before work begins. Final cost and timing may change because of motorcycle condition, access, model-specific procedures, parts availability, travel, diagnostic time or additional authorized work. Applicable taxes, parts and other clearly disclosed charges may be additional.
Part availability, brand and delivery time are not guaranteed. Substitutions require customer approval where they materially change the agreed work. Customer-supplied parts may be refused if they appear incorrect, incomplete, used, unsafe or unsuitable. EZ Performance cannot provide a manufacturer warranty for customer-supplied parts and is not responsible for defects inherent in those parts.
The customer should disclose known damage, modifications, prior repairs and missing or non-standard components. Age, corrosion, heat, overtightening, impact damage and previous workmanship can cause fasteners, connectors, plastics or adjacent components to fail during normal disassembly. If unexpected risk is identified, work may stop while options and additional authorization are discussed.
A maintenance visit or visual inspection is not a government inspection, engineering assessment or guarantee of roadworthiness unless a specific written service states otherwise. The motorcycle owner remains responsible for registration, insurance, legal compliance and deciding whether the motorcycle is safe to operate. Unsafe conditions identified during service should be corrected before riding.
Where reasonably necessary and authorized, the motorcycle may be started, operated, moved or road-tested to verify symptoms or completed work. The customer is responsible for disclosing registration, insurance or operating restrictions. Verification may be limited when a safe and lawful test cannot be completed.
A pre-purchase inspection is a snapshot of accessible conditions at the inspection time. It does not guarantee future reliability, remaining component life, ownership history, accident history, title status or the absence of concealed defects. Purchase and pricing decisions remain the buyer's responsibility.
Mobile diagnosis is not emergency roadside assistance, towing or recovery service. Some motorcycles cannot be safely or completely repaired at the service location and may require transport to a workshop, dealer or specialist. A successful start during testing does not guarantee that an intermittent fault is permanently resolved.
Photos and service notes may be created to document condition, diagnosis, authorization or completed work. Customer information and identifying details are not intentionally published for marketing without appropriate permission. Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary personal, financial or sensitive information through website forms.
Privacy-focused website analytics may be used to understand page visits, dates, referral sources, device types, browsers, operating systems and approximate country-level location. The website is not intended to collect or display a visitor's precise street address, GPS location or a personal movement history for analytics.
Any concern about completed work should be reported promptly with enough information to inspect the issue. Parts may be covered only by the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty. Normal wear, misuse, racing, impact, neglect, later modification, unrelated failure and work performed by others are outside the control of EZ Performance.
EZ Performance is not an emergency service. For fire, fuel leakage presenting immediate danger, collision injuries or another urgent threat, move away from the hazard when safe and contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
Nothing on this page is intended to exclude, waive or restrict any right, remedy, duty or liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law. A written estimate, service authorization or agreement for a particular appointment may add more specific terms.
